The location of this place was so convenient for visiting the Aqua Park as it was just a short walk away.

The "third bed" was very inappropriate for use by an adult . Although secure bycle storage was requested at the time of booking it was not available .

Helpful staff, clean, food was good.

The restaurant was magnificent for dinner here, I had hot dishes. The beds with down pillows were great.- The location was absolutely perfect, at a medium distance from Aqua Park.

Everything you needed was on one site,heating in room had to be worked out and took time to warm up. Bathroom was heated for 7 minutes every time you pushed a switch, the ceiling had been half painted ,the rest was covered in black mould. constant heating would cure all of this,

... thought it was excellent value for the location and room space. My partner and I really enjoyed staying there, as we were near the centre and other places we were visiting in the dordogne. We will certainly stay there again, and reccomend.

This venue is conveniently located next to a big shopping area, and the room has a modern design with all the necessary amenities like a kettle and tea-making supplies.

The proximity to the airport and extensive parking.

The staff were unhelpful and clearly didn't have an understanding of basic customer service. The hotel had been infested with "bugs" which to most of us looked like cockroaches and the uht milk in our room was off. We were not offered complimentary tea and coffee in the main reception area - there wasn't really anyway we wanted to sit in our room with over 20 bugs crawling over the bed and our belongings.We specifically ordered a double bed and single bed but were only given a double bed. Even though the website clearly states any child under 10 can stay in an extra bed free of charge.

Clean and the staff was very polite and efficient. The bathroom was clean, the bed was large enough for a couple.

Our room had everything we needed like central heating, an electronic key card, and even a tea/coffee setup. 🌿 the breakfast spread was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious treats.

good location near mcdonalds & supermarket, a buffalo grill restaurant and road network, the building work, could not be better. heated & decent sized room with coffee/tea making facilities, tea, as for instance.

Poor choice in restaurant, with too many menu items not available.

The double room I had was newly furnished, cozy with feather pillows, and the bathroom was spotless and equipped with a shower and soft bath towels.

Excellent setting, amicable and excellent staff.

Breakfast with a boulangerie and healthy options, for instance. Decent size and functional room complete with a hair dryer, tea & coffee, as for instance.

The shower was awful and even dangerous. There is enough room to put a full size bath or a proper shower, so why have a little shower/bath that does not have a flat base to stand on?
